Theo gets an upgrade

Rethinking Knowledge

With “Theo,” the TTS Performance Suite gains a cheerful and friendly face: the virtual assistant, designed as a cartoon orange, is the first point of contact for all questions in everyday work. Whether it’s PowerPoint templates, guidance during onboarding, or information about corporate design and travel expenses – The O(range) provides answers quickly, easily, and with a personal touch. That’s why friends simply call him “Theo.”

To strengthen his role as a brand ambassador, the advertising team modernized Theo’s appearance. Our goal was to give him a professional, trustworthy look while keeping him approachable and easily recognizable. An introductory video ensured that Theo not only gained short-term visibility but also remained anchored in employees’ minds in the long run.

The agency’s strategic support covered the entire implementation – from conceptual development and visual design to technical realization. Particular emphasis was placed on a scalable solution that enables future adjustments and extensions with ease.

The result: Today, Theo presents himself as a fresh, clear brand character who makes knowledge directly accessible and actively supports the use of the TTS Performance Suite. Employees benefit from quick orientation, project managers from a platform that ensures smooth processes, and Theo himself remains the friendly face of digital learning – always approachable.
