Intraoral X-rays are used by dentists for direct diagnosis before or during an ongoing treatment. Over the decades, intraoral X-ray techniques at Dentsply Sirona have gone through several evolutionary stages. To keep dentists and practices up to date and inform them about innovations, process optimizations, or technological leaps, Dentsply Sirona installed a Salesforce for intraoral X-rays. The practical expertise and competence of the Team IO members became the key to success with Dentsply Sirona’s customers. To further develop external communication and generate leads, we turned the Salesforce into a superhero team and sent out a direct mailing in comic format. Always on call for optimal image quality.
