LionsJazz

A jazz festival for the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Originally initiated for the 100th Lions anniversary, LionsJazz has been turned into a tradition by the Mannheim Lions Clubs with its third edition. Fine jazz for a good cause. It also aims to introduce children to great music, which is why “Jazz for Kids” is just as much a part of the LionsJazz Festival as the program curated by Thomas Siffling. He has ensured there is something for every taste—whether you are a jazz enthusiast or a jazz newcomer. With a few exceptions, the venue is Ella & Louis in the Mannheim Rosengarten.

While LionsJazz was able to provide a stage for regional artists even during these difficult times, die Werbeagenten gave the festival a new brand identity and an updated web presence in 2021.

The net proceeds of the 6-day festival will—as is customary with Lions—be donated to a good cause.
