Adler Mannheim – Emotion on Ice

Adler Mannheim are among Germany’s most traditional and successful ice hockey clubs. With an impressive history, numerous championship titles and a loyal fan base, they stand for top-class sport, team spirit and passion on and off the ice.

Over the course of two and a half decades, a close partnership has grown between Werbeagenten and the Adler—far beyond designing team jerseys. From the very start, our goal has been to communicate the strength of the “Adler Mannheim” brand professionally and make it visible to a broad audience—not only in their venues, but also beyond the boundaries of classic media, campaign and merchandise formats. Werbeagenten’s comprehensive brand support includes: creative design of new season corporate designs each year, jersey designs, development of attention-grabbing media campaigns, motion-picture productions and digital marketing measures.

Highlights from 25 years of support include, among other things, the early introduction of a curated “social wall” in the SAP Arena, support in managing the club crisis in the early 2000s, the concept for numerous emotional campaigns, the Wintergame 2016, and innovative family activities such as the kids’ jersey project, where young fans were able to create their own jersey designs.

The result is a long-standing, successful collaboration that has helped Adler Mannheim achieve a strong, consistent and, above all, modern brand presence—and underlines the team’s leading ambition in German ice hockey. Inspiring campaigns developed by Werbeagenten, creative merchandise and a modern approach to target audiences continue to strengthen the cohesion of fans, partners and the team alike to this day.
